Q: How long is the delivery time of products?
A: Generally our delivery time is 15-20 days if we have the goods stocked already. If the goods are not in stock and need to be produced, the delivery time is around 25-30 days and may change based on the quantity of the order.

Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we do provide samples but they are given at a separate charge.

Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: If the payment amount is ≤1000 USD, we require 100% payment in advance. If the payment is ≥1000 USD, we require 30% to be paid in advance through TT before shipping.

Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: Generally our MOQ is 1x40 HQ but this can be further discussed based on your specific order
